Our opening times are: Monday – Friday 530am to 8pm, Saturday 530am – 12pm. This times can change depending on trainer availability.

Yes! Both Josh and Mark are qualified Rehab Trainers. One of the most common myths is that you should avoid training while injured but there are many ways you can work around the injury to keep the training going.
We offer both one on one personal training as well the option to train in pairs. We also offer members the opportunity to come in on their days where they don’t have personal training to use the cardio equipment for $5.
