We offer group training session on request and in Summer run a Saturday morning group session that runs for 45-60 minutes. The session will vary each week depending on what mood the boys are in! However, you can guarantee you will get a full body workout with a range of training styles including:
How Much Is The Session?
If you already do 3 or more PT sessions with us per week, the session is FREE! If you do 2 or more PT sessions per week there is a small fee of $10, and if you do 1 session per week or you are not a member, its $15 for the session.
We also offer special group trainings from sporting teams to work groups and anything in between! Catering for the specific needs of each group to help you reach peak fitness. Perfect also for the off-season or pre-season to keep your team in fit or to get back to peak fitness.
